Brand in charge: RIBESKIN (www.ribeskin.com / ING: @ribeskinpro, @ribeskinmed) CO2 sound Overseas target customized marketing planning and execution -Establishment and execution of digital performance marketing strategy targeting global market (USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia) -Overseas marketing strategy planning targeting global partners/branches of dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetics -Advertising optimization through analysis of treatment trends and consumer insights by country Global performance advertising operation and optimization -Operation of global advertising platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, Baidu, etc. -Improvement of advertising performance through A/B testing and data-based analysis -Planning of customized advertising content reflecting language and cultural characteristics by country Collaboration for global sales and brand expansion -Execution of overseas B2B (medical staff, aesthetic experts) and B2C (consumer) marketing linkage strategy -Planning effective advertising campaigns and promotions in collaboration with overseas distributors and partners Data analysis and advertising performance optimization -Data-driven marketing execution for global traffic and lead conversion rate optimization -Building regional marketing performance dashboards and deriving insights

Qualifications

More than 2 years of experience in global performance marketing and overseas advertising operations Experience in operating global advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Baidu is required Experience in planning and executing English-based overseas marketing campaigns Capability to analyze market trends and advertising performance by country Experience in global e-commerce, D2C, and distributor collaboration
