Job Description
[GLLUGA at a glance] After the establishment of GLLUGA in 2015, the company launched its own brand ‘Ohora’ in 2019. It is leading a new paradigm in nail care by introducing semi-cured gel nails made by solidifying 100% liquid gel raw materials. From materials to products, it is developed domestically, and in addition to thorough quality control, it is rapidly growing by expanding the range of consumer choices with sensational designs. As of December 2023, the Ohora brand achieved cumulative sales of 25 million units and 300 billion won worldwide, and is advancing into Japan and the United States in 2021, making a leap forward as a global brand. In February and March 2024, it began offline sales at 2,500 stores, including Target and Walmart, large U.S. supermarket chains, and plans to expand sales to 4,000 stores in 2025. In addition, by acquiring Gelato Factory, which operates the nail brand ‘Gelato Lab’ targeting the MZ generation in late 2022, we are gradually expanding our product line by adding solar gel that can be applied only with sunlight without a lamp. ■Introducing our main tasks. [Planning and producing viral content by SNS channel] 1. Establishing and executing Ohora’s influencer collaboration marketing strategy in the Japanese market. 2. Planning video, image, and text content that appeals to Japanese consumers 3. Producing and uploading short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok 4. Planning and executing by reflecting local trends in Japan [Establishing and executing SNS viral strategies] 1. Planning strategies to maximize brand account growth and reach and participation 2. Operating viral campaigns using hashtags, sounds, and challenges 3. Planning user-participatory content (UGC) [Data analysis and optimization] 1. Analyzing content performance (views, likes, comments, and shares) and deriving insights 2. Optimizing through data-based A/B testing [Collaboration with influencers and creators] 1. Discovering and collaborating with KOLs (influencers) and UGC creators in Japan 2. Recruiting and operating creators suitable for brand campaigns [Maintaining brand identity and reflecting trends] 1. Quickly reflecting trends while maintaining brand tone and manner 2. Operating SNS through collaboration with global headquarters and Japanese teams
Qualifications

We collect and deliver input to the internal product team so that global customer needs and consumption tendencies can be reflected in product development. 5. The Global Business Team consists of members with 3-10 years of experience and diverse backgrounds such as startups, start-ups, and large corporations. 6. We collaborate with the product, finance, and SCM teams on a daily and weekly basis to ensure stable sales in the global market.
