- Overseas artist IP sourcing and discovery: Discover valuable IP in the global market and platform entry sales - Business development & customer management: Establish relationships with overseas partners and conduct negotiations - Marketing strategy establishment: Planning and executing marketing strategies for the global market - ​​Proposal planning and writing: Developing professional proposals for clients (design of visual and marketing visualization materials, etc.) 1. Qualifications

- Fluent English speaking skills (required), Korean communication skills, - IP licensing, sourcing or content marketing experience - Excellent negotiation and communication soft skills - Creative problem solving skills and design sense - Experience working in a multicultural environment

Preferred

- Additional language skills such as Japanese (preferred) - 3+ years of experience in entertainment, platform-related fields (preferred) - Experience in K-POP, band culture, performance/concert/tour (preferred)
