- Overall management of Digital Talent Development Program operations in Indonesia - Management of local instructors and quality control of educational programs - Operation of communication channels and issue reporting between headquarters and local site - Development of local partnerships and creation of business opportunities - Monitoring technical issues and developing improvement measures for program operations

Qualifications

- Indonesian nationality - Business level English proficiency (required) - Ability to manage and report performance based on data - Strong communication skills with various stakeholders - Problem-solving abilities and swift response capabilities

- Degree in Computer Science or related fields - Understanding of IT/software education field - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) - Korean language ability - Network in local education/IT industry
