Job Description

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire target customers in the US market 2. Plan and operate digital marketing campaigns (search, social, email, content) 3. Develop strategies to acquire B2C premium subscribers and improve retention rates 4. Plan and execute B2B corporate wellness program marketing 5. Build and manage relationships with wellness/healthcare influencers 6. Analyze and optimize data-based marketing performance 7. Develop brand messaging and positioning strategies

Qualifications

1. Marketing experience in wellness, healthcare, and subscription services 2. Successful customer acquisition cases for premium products/services 3. Experience with subscription business models and customer retention strategies 4. Data analysis and performance measurement skills 5. Understanding and experience across digital marketing channels 6. Excellent communication and presentation skills 7. Fluent in English (Korean is an advantage)

Preferred

1. Marketing experience in a startup environment 2. Networking in the healthcare/wellness industry 3. Cultural understanding of the US and Asian markets 4. B2B marketing or corporate sales experience 5. Content marketing and brand storytelling experience 6. Performance in a performance-based marketing environment 7. Ability to utilize digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
