Job Description

1. Digital Strategy Planner You will be responsible for establishing strategies utilizing digital technology related to new businesses being promoted by JB Financial Group and supporting the digital businesses of affiliates. - Discover and manage potential digital customers and establish channel strategies that can effectively deliver services to customers. - Manage the status of digital businesses being promoted by affiliates and check whether performance goals are being achieved. 2. Data Analyst You will extract and analyze data related to new businesses being promoted by JB Financial Group and provide and manage insights necessary for business execution. - You will extract and analyze data using SQL and Python. - You will analyze app/web log data and company data to derive insights in order to solve major business problems. - You will manage indicators and write reports using BI tools. 3. Credit Scoring Model Analyst You will develop and operate various credit scoring models using financial data. - Work on developing data analysis and machine learning models using SAS, Python, and R. - Work on monitoring key financial market indicators and risks, and writing analysis reports.

Qualifications

- Those who are expected to graduate from a domestic university within August 25 and those who have already graduated - Those who do not have any disqualifications for E-7 visa issuance - Those who have a TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 3 or higher

1. Digital Strategy Planner - Those who have experience in digital-related work in the financial sector, fintech, or platform companies - Those who have experience in establishing digital strategies and digital services - Those who have experience in data analysis related to digital services and digital marketing - Those who can communicate fluently in Korean and write reports (Business Level or higher) 2. Data Analyst - Those who have experience in data analysis in the financial sector - Those who have a bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to mathematics, statistics, computer science, or machine learning - Those who have experience in data analysis and modeling - Those who have experience in building dashboards using visualization tools (Tableau) - Those who can communicate fluently in Korean and write reports (Business Level or higher) 3. Credit Scoring Model Analyst - Those who have a master's degree or higher in a related field such as mathematics, statistics (econometrics), finance, or industrial engineering - Those who can proficiently handle various analysis programs such as SAS, Python, and R - Those who have experience in data analysis and risk model development in the financial sector - Fluent Korean communication and Anyone who can write reports (Business Level or higher)
