Job Description

- Manage advertising operations and contracts/settlement processes within Challengers Japan - Improve customer (brand/user) satisfaction and retention through management of key indicators for each advertisement - Translate and manage internal/external content within Challengers Japan - Communicate inquiries from Japanese customers regarding Challengers Japan - Securing a list of suitable brands and contact information for client expansion *The current position does not handle IT service planning/improvement work.

Qualifications

- Someone who is fluent in Japanese and Korean - Someone who has an understanding of the Japanese beauty market and culture - Someone who has experience communicating with customers in a business environment

- Someone with experience in customer management, service operation, CS, etc. - Someone with a keen interest in early stage business that creates 1 from 0 - Someone with experience in carrying out various operational tasks at a fast pace
