[Challengers] Operations Intern (Japan Business Division)

Job Description

• Manage advertising operations and contracts/settlement processes within Challengers Japan • Improve customer (brand/user) satisfaction and retention by managing key indicators for each advertisement • Translate and operate internal/external content within Challengers Japan • Communicate inquiries from Japanese customers about Challengers Japan • Obtain a list of suitable brands and contact information for client expansion *The current position does not handle IT service planning/improvement work. □ What you can gain from this position • Work in a J-curve in the global business division that secured N,000 Japanese users in less than a month. • Collaborate closely with passionate early members such as business development, marketers, operations, and developers! • Communicate with various stakeholders (large corporations, startups, advertising agencies, etc.) and build a close pool. • Work intensively and receive intensive compensation. Qualifications

• Those who are fluent in Japanese • Those who have experience in customer management, service operation, CS, etc. • Those who have experience in carrying out various operational tasks at a fast pace
