Job Description
[Position Overview] We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Analytics Manager to join our Sales Support Team. This role is critical in driving data-based decision making and business planning by delivering actionable insights derived from comprehensive data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business/data analytics with proven experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries. [Key Responsibilities] 1. Sales Analytics & Strategic Insight Development • Collect, process, and analyze sales, market, and customer data • Identify trends and growth opportunities by region, hospital, and product • Analyze sales performance indicators (SFE) and provide improvement strategies • Extract actionable insights through comparative and interpretative data analysis • Develop predictive models and data frameworks to support business strategy 2. Financial Planning & Performance Reporting • Support sales and business planning; monitor and report key performance indicators • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and performance assessment • Prepare business dashboards and reports for leadership meetings • Conduct variance analysis and suggest corrective actions • Establish cost analysis guidelines and drive financial transparency • Provide forecast-based recommendations to optimize commercial operations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 3–7 years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities • Industry experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
Preferred
• Working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP • Working knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, Tableau • Understanding of sales and marketing operations • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) • Ability to communicate in basic Korean is a plus.
