Web Novel Translation Quality Manager Recruitment Notice Company Introduction: Riveta aims to operate a platform that translates K-web novels based on its own AI model and distributes them to overseas markets. This position will play a key role in reviewing LLM translation results, managing the overall translation quality based on data, and providing readers with a natural and immersive reading experience. Job Overview: This position will review and proofread the output of AI translation programs, evaluate translation quality, and statistically manage translation quality to ensure that the company's content is competitive in the international market. Main duties: Checking the linguistic and cultural accuracy of AI-translated web novels Designing an evaluation system to maintain and improve the consistency of translation quality and evaluating it accordingly Contributing to the improvement of translation programs by identifying translation errors and patterns Developing a natural translation style and establishing guidelines considering the global readership Monitoring and statistical management of translation quality indicators Qualifications: Those who have lived in an English-speaking country for more than 3 years and have a high level of understanding of linguistic nuances and context A general interest in web novels is a plus Those who are interested in proactively planning and executing the team's internal translation QA process Those who are interested in joining an early startup team Working environment: Full-time work 40 hours a week, 5 days a week (Office 117 Sillim-ro, Gwanak-gu) Salary: Negotiable / Stock options available for those who have worked for more than 2 years

Qualifications

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience living in an English-speaking country and have a strong understanding of linguistic nuances and context Interested in proactively planning and executing the team’s internal translation QA process Advanced or higher proficiency in Korean
