[What does the global team do?] 1. We help domestic clinics (mainly skin care clinics that follow the K-beauty trend) attract overseas customers and expand overseas. 2. We oversee the overall overseas business of our client clinics and assist key personnel such as the CEO and General Manager in making management decisions. 3. We continuously provide innovative ideas related to the clinics’ global expansion and lead the latest trends in the Korean medical industry. [What are the main duties of a marketer?] 1. Global patient acquisition: We are responsible for the clinic’s promotion and recruitment activities to attract Japanese customers. 2. Influencer experience group operation: We are responsible for operating influencer experience groups to attract Japanese customers to Korea. 3. Global Clinic Branding: Deliver the brand image and message of the skin care clinic to potential customers targeting Japan. 4. Other marketing agency work: Respond to various marketing needs arising from clinic management.

Qualifications

[Looking for this type of person!] 1. Someone with more than 3 years of experience working at a marketing agency and experience in marketing to hospitals 2. Or someone with more than 3 years of experience working at a beauty (dermatology, plastic surgery) clinic and experience in general marketing 3. Someone with experience in marketing using Instagram 4. Someone with communication skills that facilitate communication with colleagues 5. Someone with a meticulous work attitude
