[What does the global team do?] 1. We help domestic clinics (mainly skin care clinics that follow the K-beauty trend) attract overseas customers and expand overseas. 2. We oversee the overall overseas business of our client clinics and assist with management decision-making by key personnel such as the CEO and General Manager. 3. We continuously provide innovative ideas related to the clinics’ global expansion and lead the latest trends in the Korean medical industry. [What are the main duties of a marketer?] 1. Global patient acquisition: We are responsible for the clinic’s promotion and recruitment activities to attract Chinese customers. 2. Influencer experience group operation: We are responsible for operating influencer experience groups to attract Chinese customers to Korea. 3. Global Member Branding: Delivers the brand image and message of the skin care clinic to potential customers. 4. Other marketing agency work: Responds to various marketing work demands arising from the management of the clinic.

Qualifications

[Looking for someone like this!] 1. Someone who speaks Chinese close to a native speaker 2. Or someone who is a Chinese national 3. Someone who has experience in marketing using Xiaohongshu

[These types of people are even better] 1. Someone who has worked at a marketing agency for more than 1 year and has experience in marketing to hospitals 2. Or someone who has worked at a beauty clinic (dermatology, plastic surgery) for more than 1 year and has experience in general marketing 3. Someone who has experience in marketing to overseas customers 4. Someone who uses SNS a lot and is good at understanding the latest trends
