Please make sure to review the following working conditions before applying: - Employment type : 1-year contract worker (Review conversion to regular worker after maximum 2 years of work) - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (Lunch break: 12:00–13:00) - Work Location: Seocho-gu, Seoul - Benefits: In accordance with Ieum Co., Ltd. internal policies [Safety/Facility Management] - Workplace safety inspection and management   · Establish a manual to respond to serious disasters, check and improve workplace risk exposure - Maintenance of facilities and management of convenience facilities   · Overall management of construction, equipment, beautification, and security (Fire insurance, facility inspection response)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above - It is important to respect the potential of people with developmental disabilities, actively support their growth, and have the will to accompany them ※ Applicants who are qualified for overseas travel and do not have issues with visa requirements.
