Job Description

Planning and producing English-based marketing content targeting North American women in their 20s to 40s. Creating marketing materials through reprocessing content and character assets. Planning and operating character-specific social media channels and establishing data-driven growth strategies. Researching key target and reference content. Supporting Korean script translation into English and TTS (dubbing conversion). 👉 A separate guide will be provided regarding the work direction and required skills. 👉 Content planning and production will account for 80% of the project, while translation and conversion will account for approximately 20%. This may vary depending on production circumstances.

Qualifications

Native-level English proficiency Interest and understanding of short-form content and content aimed at women Understanding or interest in data management and analysis Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Preferred

Experience consuming a variety of content, including domestic and international female-oriented webtoons and web novels. Basic use of video editing tools such as Capcut and Premiere Pro. Experience creating content targeting the global market. LLM-based research experience using ChatGPT, Claude, and other tools. Experience utilizing AI image generation and Image-to-Video tools. 👉 Even if you don't have prior experience using AI tools, you can acquire them through in-house training after joining the company.

As a member of the content team, we are structured to provide a broad range of experiences, from content idea planning to production and operation. We collaborate with internal staff on basic video production, strengthening our content marketing capabilities through research and planning.
