Job Description

Flow Inner Beauty is a new inner beauty brand launched this year that reflects women's menstrual cycles and wellness lifestyles. We are looking for a key member to create and distribute content and grow into a key player in our expansion into the US market. ﹒ Content planning, production, and channel management for the brand's official US social media accounts. ﹒ Main channels: Instagram, TikTok. ﹒ Short-form video production in various formats - storytelling, viral marketing, aesthetics, etc. ﹒ Comment/DM management and community management. ﹒ Simple visual content creation such as carousels, email newsletters, and posters.

Qualifications

﹒Experience: No experience required (new hires welcome) ﹒Language: English: Native level Korean: No experience required ﹒Basic photography and editing skills (using mobile editing tools like CapCut) ﹒Simple graphic creation skills (Canva, etc.) ﹒Experience operating an individual or official Instagram/TikTok account ﹒Foreign nationals (foreigners) must hold a D-10, E-7, or F-type visa (VISA). (Residence visas other than job-seeking visas such as D-2, D-4, and H-1 are not eligible for employment.) ※Experience: No experience required (Internship applications welcome) Portfolio: Additional points will be given if submitted (social media accounts you currently manage or have participated in). If you do not have a portfolio, please refer to our brand TikTok/Instagram account @flowinnerbeauty and submit content ideas or examples you would like to create.

Can appear directly on social media content. Experience living in the U.S. or possessing a strong understanding of American culture and trends. Experience using TikTok and Instagram and keeping up with the latest trends. Experience with health functional food and beauty brands. Experience creating content and operating social media in North America. Active users of X or Thread.
