Job Description

Lead play-based activities like story time, games, crafts, and simple cooking (for up to 6 kids). Interact with and supervise children during free play. Assist with check-ins and check-outs for children and parents. Help plan and prepare activities for future events when sessions are not in progress. Get familiar with activity materials in advance. Keep the learning environment clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications

Native (or near-native) English speaker Visa Status: F visa holders, H-1 visa holders (with 6+ months of validity), or D visa holders (with a valid work permit) A genuine love for kids and the ability to "play with" them, not just "watch over" them. An active and proactive mindset. Punctual, flexible, responsible, and a great team player. Experience in early childhood education or a similar field is a plus.

Hours: Our center is open from 11 AM to 7 PM, with four 2-hour sessions daily. The detailed work schedule will be discussed during the interview. We prefer candidates who can commit to 2-3 weekdays + 2 weekend days. Pay: The hourly rate follows our internal pay scale, ranging from 12,000 to 21,000 KRW. The final rate is based on your position (Lead/Assistant), language fluency, experience, and performance. We actively consider promotions and pay raises for strong performance.
