Job Description

- Customer service for Taiwanese online channels (our own online store/Shopee) - Processing and closing Taiwanese corporate unified receipts and payment-related tasks - Managing and closing Taiwanese imports, shipments, and overall logistics - Inventory management and demand forecasting followed by shipments - Managing Taiwanese product sales certifications

Qualifications

- At least one year of experience in customer service or logistics (*or new hires may apply for an internship position) - (Required) Taiwanese nationals residing in Korea with an F or E visa - (Required) Fluent communication skills in Korean - Proficient in using business tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Notion

- A strong understanding of the Taiwanese market and consumer trends. - Experience in e-commerce and online channel management. - Experience in the beauty/health functional food industry. - Data-driven thinking and the ability to collect and analyze data. - Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for growth and achievement.
