Job Description

- Creative planning and operation for digital advertising campaigns (search ads, display ads) - Digital advertising performance data analysis and insight generation - Creative planning (materials, text, images, videos) for digital advertising - Market discovery and strategy proposals as a market creator - Daily reporting and response to advertiser inquiries

Qualifications

- A graduate (or expected graduate) of a 4-year university in Korea or abroad - A content enthusiast and a consistent consumer of digital content such as broadcasts, videos, webtoons, and comics - Aspiring to gain in-depth performance marketing experience - A proven track record of achieving exceptional results beyond the ordinary - A proactive problem-solver who has broken away from convention and found new approaches

- Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese - At least 6 months of marketing-related experience - Strong interest in AI - Proactive and proactive in their work - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to submit a portfolio of creative work planned or produced
