Job Description

Brand marketing planning and execution - Japanese market & consumer trend research and analysis - Participation in planning and executing Japanese IMC campaigns - Support for online and offline promotions and marketing collaboration (@cosme, Loft, etc.) Brand content planning and on-demand media channel operation - Social media content planning and operation (Instagram, X, Line, etc.) - Advertising campaign material planning - Development and translation of Japanese localized communication messages Japanese KOL collaboration & viral marketing planning and execution - Local influencer recruitment & content planning and management PR operation planning and management - Communication experience including beauty magazine tie-ups and sponsorship management - Development and execution of product article writing/press release distribution/media pitching strategies - Communication and management for a Japanese PR agency Planning and execution of offline pop-up & customer engagement events

Qualifications

- At least one year of brand marketing or digital marketing experience - A strong understanding of Japanese beauty and commerce trends - A strong desire for growth, a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive approach - Fluent Japanese communication skills necessary for business and document creation ※ Portfolio submission required (Please include a detailed description of your role and scope of work responsibilities, including your contribution)

Preferred

- Experience with Japanese social media operations or SNS content planning - Experience planning and executing IMC campaigns based on an understanding of branding - Excellent marketing plan creation and content planning skills using PowerPoint, Notion, Figma, or Canva
