Job Description

- Plan music and albums based on artist branding. - Manage the production process, including song procurement, arrangement, mixing, and mastering. - Lead collaborations with domestic and international producers. - Ensure quality through music selection, arrangement, and production for performances and content. - Manage physical album production, schedule, budget, and expenses. - Manage the overall music business, including copyright and distribution.

Qualifications

- Ability to establish and execute music direction and strategy based on an understanding of the global music market. - Experience in music/album planning and production. - Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written) or have experience living abroad.

- Experience working or collaborating in the K-pop and global music industries - Experience collaborating with domestic and international producers, composers, and lyricists - Understanding of the music business in general, including copyright, publishing, and distribution - Experience producing music and collaborating with global artists
