Job Description

- Perform data labeling for LLM training (SFT, DPO, RLHF, etc.) - Review collected raw data and process it into a form suitable for training, including typos correction, speaker identification, and context refinement. - Create correct data for AI behaviors (responses, motions, etc.) appropriate for the given situation. - Read the given dialogue, select the most contextually appropriate response from among several candidate utterances, and evaluate its appropriateness. - Compare AI-generated responses and prioritize them based on quality criteria. Example: What if I became an idol and held my first SNS live broadcast? Example: What if my favorite idol secretly dated fans?

Qualifications

- Fluent in both Korean and English - Strong in sentence structure and spelling, and able to accurately identify subtle errors - Understand the importance of confidential information and content policies and adhere to them thoroughly - Experience using various annotation tools - Flexibly respond to feedback and communicate effectively with colleagues

Preferred

- Experience in interpretation and translation in the entertainment industry - At least three years of education in an English-speaking country - Ability to quickly and efficiently complete assigned tasks - Ability to immerse oneself in conversations with diverse personas - Familiar with the language styles of various generations, the latest buzzwords, and community terminology - Experience as an idol fan and possess a deep understanding of fandom culture - Familiarity with and actual consumption of subcultural content
