[Introducing the Overseas Business Department] The Overseas Business Department is responsible for attracting international patients and promoting our brand. To attract international patients, we engage in a variety of tasks, including collaborating with and managing companies and conducting overseas consultations. We also manage and promote our brands through country-specific social media channels and online engagement, overseas platform launches and operations, overseas influencer recruitment, and experience group operations. [Responsibilities] - Provide online hospital consultations and support (email, chat, social media, etc.) to Japanese customers. - Accept consultation appointments and coordinate schedules. - Provide information on hospital services and treatment. - Create and translate Japanese content. - Collaborate with operations departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Japanese and Korean - Foreign nationals must have a long-term work visa

- Experience in a similar position within the hospital/medical/tourism industry - Experience residing in Japan for at least one year - Strong understanding of Japanese customer characteristics and culture - Experience operating Japanese social media, communities, or providing online consultations - Experience operating multilingual channels or dealing with international customers - Ability to work long-term
