Sales Rep for E-commerce business (Busan)

Job Description

We are an E-commerce company with offices in South Korea and the USA, selling home improvement products in the U.S. market. We are currently seeking Sales Representatives, and training will be provided. *Responsibilities: -Answer customer inquiries and manage potential leads -Provide order updates and follow up with customers -Communicate live with U.S. customers (night or early morning shifts in Korea time) -Most communication is handled through email, text messages, and CRM platforms, but may occasionally involve phone calls

Qualifications

*Requirements: -Native English speaker (American English preferred) -Sales experience (especially closing experience) -Customer service experience with American customers -F visa holder
