To accelerate our global business expansion and further strengthen our brand influence in Southeast Asian markets (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.), we're looking for talented individuals to join our Global Business Team. • You'll play a key role in the global expansion of the Rom&nd brand through sales, marketing, social media operations, influencer collaborations, and B2B partnerships tailored to local consumers and distribution channels. • We're looking for a team member with an understanding of the Southeast Asian beauty market and sales/marketing experience to lead the brand's global expansion. ✔️ Join us and we'll do this! • Manage B2B distributors and partners in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, etc.). • Develop marketing execution and operational strategies for e-commerce channels like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. • Set sales goals and manage sales and inventory for each Southeast Asian country. • Responsible for planning and executing country-specific campaigns, PR kit seeding, and content marketing. • Create insight reports through local consumer and market analysis. • Localize branding and sales policies according to global brand guidelines. ✔️ This type of person is a great fit! • You have an interest in the Rom&nd/Nooz brands, understand the organizational culture, and enjoy working as a team to achieve goals. • You are sensitive and have a keen understanding of Southeast Asian market and distribution trends. • You are responsible for your responsibilities, proactive in execution, and able to communicate effectively. • You are capable of developing market-specific branding/marketing plans based on consumer empathy. • You are able to collaborate and think logically to solve problems. ✔️ This is how you'll join us! 📍 Documents → 1st interview with executives → 2nd interview with executives → Compensation negotiation and onboarding. • Check out our Joining Guide right now. • Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, so applications may close early if there are successful candidates. ✔️ Please refer to the working environment information! • Employment Type: Full-time (2-month probationary period / 100% salary paid during probationary period) • Working Hours: Flexible work hours (start time 8 AM - 10 AM / core time 10 AM - 3 PM) • Lunch Break: 12:20 PM - 1:30 PM (1 hour and 10 minutes)

Qualifications

✔️ We're looking for someone with the following experience! (Required) • At least 2 years of experience working with a beauty or consumer goods brand • Practical experience in B2B sales and online marketing targeting the Southeast Asian market • Able to lead meetings with business English • Able to analyze distribution/marketing data and derive insights • Able to proactively plan and execute projects • Able to communicate effectively with diverse international and internal team members
