Job Description
[1. Global Growth Marketing & Funnel Optimization] - Responsible for global market growth goals. Develop and execute user acquisition strategies based on SEO, paid media (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.), community, and content. - Contribute to establishing brand positioning and communication strategies for the global market, designing an overall growth path. - Gradually expand marketing performance while maintaining efficiency and adhering to established CAC and ROAS standards. - Design and optimize experiments for key conversion points, such as pricing policies, plan composition, and onboarding UX. - Lead A/B testing and experiments across the funnel based on conversion, retention, and activation metrics. - Build and optimize reporting and dashboards to ensure daily/weekly visibility into key funnel metrics (CAC, ROAS, CRM funnel performance, etc.). [2. [Growth Feature-Focused Product Planning and Operation] - Design growth features to increase subscription conversion and retention - Collect customer feedback and resolve issues through VoC operations - Define problems and improve products using customer data - Collaborate with designers and developers to run sprints and lead feature releases - Optimize the overall user journey experience through product-marketing integration
Qualifications
- 7+ years of practical experience in a Growth or PO role in a SaaS or PLG product environment, including leading a cross-functional team (7+ people) - Full-stack Growth expertise: Practical and strategic experience across all areas, including performance marketing, funnel optimization, and experiment design/operation - Experience managing an annual marketing budget exceeding KRW 3 billion - Experience responsible for achieving KPIs such as CAC and ROAS - Experience designing and building systems, dashboards, and processes from scratch - Ability to lead strategy development and execution
Preferred
- English communication skills (multilingual communication skills will be a plus) - Experience in AI/TTS/content localization SaaS domains - Experience developing GTM and growth strategies for global (multilingual) markets - Experience improving pricing strategies (packaging, usage-based, subscription models) - Experience leading UI/UX, activation, and retention improvement projects
