Job Description
* Deadline for recruitment 1. Global Market Strategy Planning and Execution - Develop market entry/expansion strategies through overseas market research and trend analysis - Develop and operate online and offline distribution channels tailored to each product's characteristics - Develop B2B sales growth strategies and manage performance - Establish and monitor global B2B sales KPIs 2. Global B2B Partner Identification and Management - Identify new buyers and establish strategic partnerships - Negotiate and set terms and conditions for partner contracts (MOQ, delivery dates, payment terms, etc.) - Manage the entire process from order placement to export customs clearance and after-sales service - Strengthen relationships with existing partners and expand business 3. Sales Management - Manage MSRP/MAP compliance and price monitoring - Set sales targets and track progress by country and partner - Negotiate and manage key transaction terms, such as MOQ and lead times - Profitability analysis considering market, exchange rate, and logistics cost fluctuations - Develop and execute customized growth strategies for each partner 4. Plan participation in major overseas exhibitions and establish booth operation strategies
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (B2B sales, overseas sales, global business development) - Beauty industry experience - B2B experience (partner discovery, contract signing, and follow-up) - Fluent English skills for closing contracts and communicating with partners - Ability to maximize partner performance based on an understanding of the global business environment

- A strong communication acumen capable of building trust with partners from diverse cultures and accurately understanding their business needs. - Experience managing at least three markets in the Americas, the Middle East, Europe, India, Southeast Asia, and Japan. - Experience improving sales performance through data-driven hypothesis verification. - Experience operating booths at overseas trade shows.
