• Create English speech/text training data to enhance Cutback's AI model. • Establish and document guidelines for data creation and review. • Manage data labelers and monitor work quality.

Qualifications

• A major in English, phonetics, or a related field. • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). • Ability to logically and strategically plan complex tasks. • Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing startup environment.

Experience labeling voice data using visual acoustic analysis tools (Waveform, Spectrogram) Basic understanding of AI or the IT industry as a whole A meticulous, detailed, and responsible personality
