We are a mystery shopping and monitoring research company called SalesMaster Korea. The survey you will be participating in involves visiting a luxury hotel, having a meal, and assessing the service that staff provide to foreign guests—especially noting whether there are any language difficulties and how enjoyable the food is. Two people will visit, and we will cover all meal expenses free of charge. Additionally, we will provide Position Overview Role: Mystery Diner (Customer Satisfaction Evaluator) Target: English-speaking foreign residents currently living in Busan Location: A designated luxury hotel in Busan (details provided after selection) Period: Visit must be completed between September 22 (Mon) – September 25 (Thu), 2025 Participation Format A pair of two foreign residents (each with a non-Korean companion) Dine at the hotel’s restaurant One person from the pair completes a satisfaction checklist (template provided) Compensation Mystery Shopper Fee: KRW 20,000 per person (KRW 40,000 per team) Meal & Beverage Cost: Fully reimbursed (based on pre-set budget) Payment: Made immediately upon submission of required documents How to Apply?
