Job Description

📈 Your duties will include: - Developing and executing a marketing strategy for the Japanese market - ​​Planning and operating marketing for Japanese online malls (Qoo10, Rakuten, etc.) - Collaborating with Japanese influencers/creators and executing campaigns - Researching Japanese market trends and planning content - Planning and executing online/offline promotions - Setting KPIs and analyzing performance - Responding to customer feedback and analyzing VOC

Qualifications

- Experience leading a team or group of 3 or more - Ability to think logically and data-driven - Fluent in Japanese - Experience with or a keen interest in marketing content planning and execution - Sensitive to the latest trends - Proficient in utilizing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) - Proficient in document processing (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
