Brand Content Designer

Job Description

- Brand content design across global, online, and offline channels - Establishment and operation of guidelines to ensure consistent brand experience across countries and channels - Overall design for marketing, including on-demand media and CRM - Web design for promotions/events and branding - Content design related to corporate culture and internal branding

Qualifications

- At least 4 years of content design experience or equivalent skills - Understanding of Korean, Japanese, Thai, US, Greater China, and global markets and customers - Experience in content design across various online and offline channels - Ability to implement contextually relevant designs based on a deep understanding of social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube - Ability to effectively balance marketing and branding in practical applications - Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, and AI tools, capable of producing high-quality results - Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate design and visual opinions - Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and ownership in work processes

Preferred

- Japanese or have design experience in Japan - Experience localizing overseas brands or developing global service brands - Understanding of branding and product development for web/app services - In addition to basic design tools, possess unique tools such as Framer, 3D, motion, and illustration - A strong understanding of digital content trends and the ability to effectively incorporate them into design
