Job Description
1. Global Marketing [Duties] - Planning and operating online and offline marketing campaigns and promotions - Global marketing trend and market research and analysis - Brand/performance/data-based IMC and advertising planning and execution - Establishing and executing global local marketing strategies for the Olive Young ONLYONE brand *ONLYONE brand: Olive Young Private Brand [Detailed Duties] 1) Planning and operating online and offline marketing campaigns and promotions - Planning and executing promotions linked to global malls and offline channels - Operating campaigns to increase sales and attract new customers - Planning and executing on-site experiential events such as pop-up stores 2) Global marketing trend and market research and analysis - Conducting country-specific customer insight surveys and analyzing local trends - Deriving strategic implications through market and competitor analysis - Planning localized branding and promotional strategies 3) Planning and executing brand/performance/data-based IMC and advertising - Operating global SNS/digital content and collaborating with influencers - Designing and operating CRM campaigns through customer segment analysis - Executing performance advertising and measuring and optimizing performance - Analyze customer acquisition conversion and retention data and suggest improvement plans. 4) Develop and execute global local marketing strategies for the Olive Young ONLYONE brand. - Plan global marketing strategies, including Olive Young ONLYONE. - Implement product/brand positioning and campaigns tailored to local market characteristics. - Collaborate with country partners and stakeholders to promote brand localization. 2. Global Sales [Duties] - Identify and manage overseas clients for the ONLYONE brand. - Analyze sales and develop sales/marketing strategies for the ONLYONE brand. - Analyze overseas market conditions/trends/competitors and derive insights. *ONLYONE brand: Olive Young Private Brand. [Detailed Duties] 1) Identify and manage overseas clients for the ONLYONE brand. - Manage clients by region/country. - Identify new clients through overseas buyer meetings and participation in trade shows. 2) Analyze ONLYONE brand sales and develop sales/marketing strategies. - Manage clients by region/country and propose new products. - Generate new revenue through new product proposals and virtual reality (VMD) planning. - National Establish sales strategies for online and offline channels and brands - Platform/client sales and profit management 3) Overseas market status/trends/competitor analysis and insight generation - Conduct online and offline platform/retail market research in assigned countries - Regional/country-specific beauty market analysis (customers, channels, regulations, product trends, etc.) - Analysis of competitor brands/products by country/channel 3. Global Business Strategy [Duties] - Develop strategies for global e-commerce and business expansion - Plan and implement overseas business models - Develop response strategies based on market environment changes and competitor analysis - Develop and manage global product and channel operation strategies [Detailed Duties] 1) Develop strategies for global e-commerce and business expansion - Plan user experience improvements and new service introductions - Propose digital transformation (DT) and platform enhancements 2) Plan and implement overseas business models - Investigate country-specific systems, infrastructure, and competitive environments and establish entry strategies - Plan localization strategies for offline stores and online malls 3) Respond to changes in the market environment and competitor analysis Strategy Development - Research and derive insights into key market, channel, and product trends in each country - Develop differentiation strategies through competitor analysis 4) Develop and manage global product and channel operation strategies - Establish product and channel portfolio strategies and pricing policies for each country - Identify new markets and propose entry strategies linked to sales and marketing
Qualifications
- Foreign nationals residing in Korea (capable of commuting to the headquarters in Yongsan, Seoul) - Applicants must not be disqualified from obtaining an E-7 visa - A bachelor's degree or higher from a domestic or foreign university (graduates or expected to graduate by February 2026) - Applicants with a high level of understanding of the target country and strong language fluency (target countries: North America, the UK, Japan, Vietnam) : Applicants from other target countries must submit a speaking test score - Applicants must possess Korean language proficiency (TOPIK Level 4 or higher, required score submission, capable of complex business communication)
