Have you encountered Rom&nd products through various offline channels while traveling in Japan? The Japan Business Team operates the brand with a unique perspective that resonates with Japanese consumers and beauty enthusiasts, while maintaining a similar approach to the Rom&nd SNS platform in Korea. We aim to continue growing in the Japanese market through various projects and initiatives. We are looking for a team member to connect with Japanese consumers who love Rom&nd, Nooz, and AndbyRom&nd and grow with us. ✔️ Introducing the Japan Distribution Channel Operations Manager! To expand our reach with Japanese consumers and enhance brand value, this team will oversee all product-focused tasks, from managing the official website to developing sales strategies. This role will communicate with the Japanese distributor and oversee all product-focused operations. You will be responsible for rapidly interpreting local consumer responses through data analysis and driving brand growth. ✔️ Join us for this! • Responsible for managing Japanese online and offline distributors and for communication and collaboration. • Responsible for planning, operating, and improving official promotional campaigns by channel through communication with partners. • Analyze monthly and promotional sales data and develop sales strategies. • Responsible for monitoring consumer voice of interest (VOC), researching market conditions and trends, and reporting to headquarters.

Qualifications

(Required) • Someone who can use business Japanese • Someone who has experience operating Japanese e-commerce channels, including online channels • Someone with a strong understanding of e-commerce and offline distribution structures and processes in the Japanese market • Someone with a strong understanding of Korean/Japanese H&B distribution trends and the beauty market • Native speakers must possess a visa that allows them to legally work in Korea
