✔️ Introducing the Japan Business Team! The Japan Business Team introduces Rom&nd, Noose, and &byRom&nd products to Japanese consumers. Have you encountered Rom&nd products through various offline channels while traveling in Japan? The Japan Business Team operates the brand with a unique perspective that resonates with and caters to the needs of Japanese consumers and beauty enthusiasts, while maintaining a similar operating philosophy to Rom&nd's social media channels in Korea. We aim to continue growing in the Japanese market through various projects and initiatives. We are looking for a team member who will connect the brand with Japanese consumers who love Rom&nd, Noose, and &byRom&nd and grow with us. ✔️ Introducing our Japanese Content Marketing Manager! To expand our reach with Japanese consumers and enhance our brand value, this team will oversee all product-focused tasks, from managing our official Japanese social media channels (Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok Shop) to developing sales strategies. Additionally, you will quickly analyze local consumer responses through data analysis and play a leading role in brand growth. ✔️ Join us for these tasks! • Manage and operate official Japanese social media accounts for each brand. • Develop marketing plans and run promotions for each brand's official Japanese distribution channels. • Plan projects (set goals) and operate based on annual brand marketing plans. • Plan advertising materials based on social media operational metrics and consumer sentiment. • Build trust with Japanese influencers/co-educators. • Develop a Japanese influencer seeding strategy. • Operate a Japanese influencer management system.

Qualifications

✔️ We're looking for someone with the following experience! (Required) • Advanced Japanese proficiency or higher • Deep understanding of Korean/Japanese H&B distribution trends and the beauty market
