✔️ Introducing the Japan Business Team! The Japan Business Team introduces Rom&nd, Noose, and &byRom&nd products to Japanese consumers. Have you encountered Rom&nd products through various offline channels while traveling in Japan? The Japan Business Team operates the brand with a unique perspective that resonates with and appeals to Japanese consumers and beauty enthusiasts, while maintaining a similar operating philosophy to the Rom&nd social media platform in Korea. We aim to continue to grow in the Japanese market through various projects and initiatives. We are looking for team members who will connect the brand with Japanese consumers who love Rom&nd, Noose, and &byRom&nd and grow with us. ✔️ Introducing the Japan Marketing and Sales Support Team! This role effectively communicates brand value to Japanese consumers and maximizes sales performance through collaboration with distributors and headquarters. This is an execution-oriented position that contributes to the entire process of ensuring Rom&nd, Nooz, and AndbyRom&nd products sell well in the Japanese market, from content planning and operation for official Japanese social media channels to translation of detail pages and packaging. ✔️ Join us and we'll help you with these tasks: • Translation and localization of brand-specific detail pages and packaging • Collaborate with the design team to plan and produce advertising content tailored to the Japanese market (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) • Assist with content planning and operation for official Japanese social media accounts (Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok Shop, etc.) • Assist with communication with Japanese influencers and local marketing partners • Assist with sales support tasks within the team (shipping/settlement, translation and organization of materials)

Qualifications

✔️ We're looking for someone with the following experience! (Required) • Advanced Japanese proficiency or higher • Deep understanding of Korean/Japanese H&B distribution trends and the beauty market
