[Spoon] Japan CS Operator (Substitute Contract Worker for Childcare Leave)

Job Description

- Identify and reflect service improvements through response and analysis of Japanese user VOCs. - Monitor and respond to Japanese app reviews. - Create and update notices and FAQ content for Japanese users. - Improve Japanese chatbot operations and plan guidance templates. - Translate and localize Japanese text (strings) within the app.

Qualifications

- At least one year of experience responding to email VOCs targeting Japanese users - Native-level Japanese language skills and insight into Japanese culture and users - Extensive experience in the Japanese market, including living, working, or studying abroad in Japan Example: Japanese national or former Japanese resident - Experience in proposing and implementing improvement suggestions based on VOC analysis - Proficient in Korean business communication

- A strong interest in and understanding of content platform services. - Ability to collaborate and communicate smoothly with relevant departments. - Customer-centric and adept at data-driven decision-making. - Experience translating in-app text (strings). - Experience working at a startup.

This interview will be conducted in person and will last approximately 1 hour. - 2nd Culture Fit Interview You will conduct a culture fit interview with a Spoon Labs HR representative. This interview will be conducted in person and will last approximately 1 hour. After the 2nd interview, you will take a short break, and then the 3rd interview will begin immediately. (The 2nd and 3rd interviews will be conducted consecutively on the same day.) - 3rd Management Interview You will conduct an interview with the Spoon business lead and the management team.
