Job Description
- Japan-focused local trend and competitor research (digital advertising and social media content analysis) - Communication and management with Japanese influencers and agencies - Planning and operating marketing partnerships, promotions, events, and social media content - Japanese PR work - Campaign performance data collection and analysis - Korean-Japanese and Japanese-Korean translation - Customer response monitoring
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and able to communicate smoothly with local Japanese staff. - At least three years of practical experience in Japanese marketing. - A strong understanding of Japanese culture and trends. - Broad understanding and experience in marketing. - Active in communication and willing to ask questions. - Foreign nationals must possess a visa or be eligible to obtain one that allows them to work at least 40 hours per week in Korea (visa issuance assistance available).
Preferred
- Experience operating major social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. - Proactive in proposing and implementing new ideas. - A data-driven mindset driven by a desire to improve performance.

This interview will be conducted in person and will last approximately one hour. - 2nd Culture Fit Interview You will conduct a culture fit interview with Spoon Labs' EX team (HR team). This interview will be conducted in person and will last approximately one hour. After the 2nd interview, you will take a short break, followed by the 3rd interview. (The second and third interviews will be conducted consecutively on the same day.) - Third Management Interview Selection You will conduct an in-person interview with the Spoon Labs CEO and the management. This will be conducted in person and will take approximately one hour. - Reference Check Screening > Compensation Negotiation > Final Acceptance and Employment - Depending on the circumstances, additional recruitment procedures may be added or omitted (e.g., assignment screening/coding test/coffee chat/additional interview). - Employment may be revoked if any false information is found on your resume or submitted documents, or if any disciplinary action is confirmed in your employment history. - Employment may be revoked if any applicant falls under any of the following disqualifications pursuant to Article 10 (Disqualification from Employment) of the Spoon Labs Employment Regulations.
