Overseas Business Team Member (Southeast Asia)

Job Description

● Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies. 1. Plan and distribute content appropriate for various marketing channels, including TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, and YouTube. 2. Secure a pool of local influencers, identify and manage influencers who align well with our products and content. 3. Analyze local markets and competitor content to identify localized USPs for our brand and products and establish content direction. 4. Build a network of local agencies and influencers in Southeast Asia, and perform practical tasks such as contract management and partnership management. 5. Lead the work of freelancers responsible for local influencer communications, including assigning tasks. 6. Plan and implement various marketing methodologies that collaborate with influencers, including video content, influencer collaboration, and live commerce. ● Design and monitor marketing/sales KPIs and manage the overall customer experience. 1. Design key KPIs such as sales (GMV), conversion rate, and repeat purchase rate, and continuously analyze and monitor their performance. 2. Develop promotional strategies and plan marketing campaigns based on performance analysis by country, brand, and product. 3. Develop and implement improvement plans for various customer management indicators based on customer behavior data (heatmap, A/B testing). 4. Manage customer feedback and develop and implement tailored CRM strategies. ● Perform overall performance marketing management tasks. 1. Develop and implement annual, monthly, and weekly sales and promotion strategies. 2. Develop and implement partnership advertising (PA) campaign strategies utilizing influencer content. 3. Operate paid ad campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Google. 4. Develop and execute campaign plans based on various CRM (email, SMS, etc.). 5. Optimize landing pages and conversion rates (CVR) based on advertising performance data.

Qualifications

1. At least two years of experience in the Southeast Asian commerce/branding market. 2. Business-level proficiency in at least one local language in Southeast Asia (English is also required). 3. Experience generating results through influencer-based viral marketing or performance marketing in Southeast Asia. 4. A deep understanding of the market characteristics and consumer trends of each Southeast Asian country (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, etc.), and the ability to develop and execute localized content strategies. 5. A deep understanding of beauty/skincare content planning and brand marketing strategies. 6. Ability to identify rapidly evolving market trends and immediately reflect them in action.

Preferred

1. Experience working for a local MCN or marketing agency in Southeast Asia. 2. Experience working with a local network (agency, influencer, etc.) in Southeast Asia. 3. Experience living in Southeast Asia for at least six months or possessing a strong understanding of local culture. 4. Ability to create and edit simple content using design tools (e.g., Canva). 5. Active use of social media (SNS) such as TikTok and knowledgeable about online shopping. 6. Experience entering the Southeast Asian market or setting up initial stages of viral marketing.
