General Business Support Overall artist management business operational support and participation in key decision-making processes A&R execution Casting and networking for external artists Repertoire planning Coordination with composers and arrangers (management of outsourced music producers) Artist management Schedule management Membership customer support Fan communication Artist discovery and casting Global communication Smooth communication and collaboration coordination with Japanese artists and partner companies Communication primarily in Japanese Korean can be learned naturally through work Content planning Project planning, collaboration coordination, performance planning

Qualifications

Native-level Japanese (business level or above) Interest in music and entertainment Communication skills to engage honestly with artists and colleagues A desire to take on new challenges and a sense of responsibility Korean language proficiency is not required (simple conversational skills are preferred, but not necessary)

Visa acquisition and living support provided (applicants from Japan are also welcome). Work in a premium office directly connected to Gangnam Station. Receive a joining bonus of ¥200,000 and a monthly salary of ¥350,000 or more (determined based on experience and skills).
