Job Description
■ Main Duties 1. Planning and Executing a Japanese Influencer Marketing Strategy - Discovering and networking influencers on major Japanese social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - Conducting collaborative campaigns with influencers 2. Planning and operating influencer video content (UGC) for Japan 3. Operating Japanese brand social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) 4. Analyzing Japanese beauty/health functional food trends and monitoring competitors
Qualifications
■ Qualifications - Experience: 5 to 13 years - Language: Japanese - Business level or higher (capable of email, document processing, etc.) - Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) - Residence status (Foreigners only): Holders of a D-10, E-7, or F-type residence visa (VISA) Residency statuses other than job-seeking visas are not eligible for employment (e.g., D-2, D-4, H-1, etc.)

■ Preferences - Experience directly utilizing local Japanese influencer networks and pools - Experience as a casting director in Japan (e.g., models) - Experience matching and managing influencers with specific target audiences to drive results - Experience living in Japan or working for a Japanese company with a deep understanding of the Japanese market - Proficient in Instagram and TikTok, and sensitive to beauty/health functional food trends

■ Recruitment Process Document Screening → Interview → Reference Check → Compensation Negotiation → Final Acceptance ※ After a 3-month probationary period (contract position), candidates will be converted to full-time employment based on their evaluation. ■ Information - The recruitment process will proceed as described above.
