📌 Responsibilities and Roles of a Blended Product Planner (Product Manager) - Develop new products that will become market-leading products. - Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from product development to production, distribution, and renewal. - Coordinate schedules to ensure the successful launch of new products and communicate effectively with partners and related departments. 🤝 Here's what you'll do when you join: - Participate in the entire process, from product development to production and distribution. - Planning/developing basic cosmetics products. - Domestic and international market analysis and trend analysis. - Existing product operations (unit price, inventory, quality control). - Product development schedule and schedule management (sampling, specification and supply terms negotiation, contracts, and orders). - QC and production supervision. - Identify and handle OEM & ODM products. - Create product-related materials (product brochures, training materials, etc.). - Collaborate with relevant departments on launch and product operation.

Qualifications

🔍 We're looking for someone who: - At least one year of experience in cosmetics product planning - Experience working in a commerce or brand company - Experience handling OEM/ODM and controlling manufacturers
