Job Description
• Planning and execution of online and offline marketing and promotions tailored to the Chinese market. • Operational management of music distribution on Chinese platforms. • Business cooperation and market analysis in China, as well as strategy development.
Qualifications
• New hires or those with 3 or more years of content planning and marketing experience or experience in the entertainment industry • Bachelor's degree or higher (regardless of major) • Business-level Chinese language proficiency (if native Chinese, fluent Korean is also required) • High level understanding of Chinese culture • Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external collaboration partners • No disqualifications for overseas travel
Preferred
• A strong understanding of the entertainment industry and social media platforms. • A deep understanding and experience with domestic and international music distribution processes. • A meticulous and responsible work ethic. • Proficient in image and video editing. • Able to use basic office applications such as MS Office. • A keen interest in and understanding of K-pop trends.
