Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Influencer Marketing (search, contact, collaboration, seeding guide planning, and performance analysis) - Organize seeding lists using Google Forms and business tools - Understand global fashion competitor trends and trends - Serve as a communicator during influencer in-store photoshoots - Manage seeding product delivery and inventory (preference given to those who can register with FedEx online system) - Manage seeding campaign results metrics and create results reports using Google Spreadsheets (preference given to those who can use Google Workspace)

Qualifications

Qualifications - Fluency in English and another foreign language - Proficiency in Korean for general business communication (minimum TOPIK Level 4 or higher) - Current resident of Korea at the time of this announcement and available to work at the Seongsu headquarters - Telecommuting is not permitted; must be currently residing in Korea at the time of this announcement. - Sensitive to the latest social media trends and experienced in using social media - Flexible external communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively

Preferred Qualifications - Those with a keen interest in the fashion industry and relevant experience, or those with active TikTok/Instagram accounts. - Those with influencer marketing and seeding experience and excellent communication skills. - Those who are flexible in accepting feedback, improving, and growing.
