Job Description
Customer Service Responsibilities: - Respond to email inquiries - Monitor Steam/Google Playstore/App Store reviews and report bugs - Write Steam announcements Content Creator Collaboration: - Responsible for collaborative communication with overseas game content creators
Qualifications
Native-level English proficiency. Ability to meet deadlines and meticulously check details. A passion for and understanding of game content. A keen interest in subculture. Skilled communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in mobile game customer service. Strong understanding of the Steam platform. Foreign nationals who meet the requirements for an E7/F2 visa.
