INOPRO Korea Operations Director Company Introduction: INOPRO is a global brand that has been successfully operating in the oral care and personal care sectors for over seven years, establishing a leading position in the US market. We are now entering the Korean market with ambitious goals. Our key initiatives include expanding our marketplace sales, establishing distribution channels, and opening our own production line and flagship store in Seoul. Our strategy is focused on long-term growth. We aim to build a strong local team, invest in marketing and technology, and develop unique products (e.g., natural whitening teeth patches, 100 unique flavors of toothpaste, new viral products, etc.). The Operations Director will play a key role and oversee the company's operations. Establish and lead an operational organization Manage all processes from marketplace to production Execute strategies and drive in-market growth Main duties Marketplace and sales management Open stores and expand sales on Coupang (Rocket) and Naver Store Recruit and manage managers (listing, logistics, marketing, analytics) Set sales KPIs and manage performance Certification and regulatory management Proceed with MFDS and required permits and approvals Comply with local regulations (labeling, packaging, taxes, etc.) Production and R&D Import Chinese equipment, FAT testing, installation, and production line construction Recruit and operate technical personnel Product quality and cost management Finance and administrative management Collaborate with accounting firms, financial reporting, and cost control Budget development and P&L management Establish a transparent accounting system Team leadership Build local teams (regional managers, technicians, marketing, PR) Build processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, goal setting Employee performance management (KPIs, performance reviews) Foster a performance-oriented organizational culture

Qualifications

Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG/beauty/healthcare industry in Korea Understanding of e-commerce and offline distribution processes Experience building and scaling an organization Performance metrics-based management (sales, ROI, team performance, etc.) Native Korean speaker with business communication skills in English Leadership and strategic thinking, project completion skills
