Job Description
| Marketing Team Introduction The Miridi Marketing Team leads the domestic and global growth of MiriCanvas and Bizhouse services. They are responsible for the entire process, from expanding brand awareness to generating performance-based results. We maximize brand value through creative and innovative marketing strategies, pursue deep customer connections, and collaborate closely with our expertise across brand strategy, performance marketing, brand content marketing, and growth marketing. We are responsible for driving business growth by managing leading indicators such as MAU, subscriber count, and first-time purchase conversion rates. | Job Description We play a key role in content marketing targeting the Japanese market. We plan and produce images and video content that capture user attention and drive action across social media (Instagram, X, etc.), blogs, and various digital channels, connecting local users with the brand. We go beyond simply "creating" content. We analyze Japanese users, culture, and social media trends to determine which messages and visuals will drive real results. This position will allow you to experience firsthand how the MiriCanvas brand is perceived and expanded in the Japanese market. "This position will allow you to gain the following experiences and capabilities 👨🏻🚀" 📌 Practical Global Content Marketing Experience: You will gain firsthand experience operating a global brand's content marketing and learn how to effectively communicate your brand message. 📌 Data-Driven Content Optimization: You will gain experience analyzing content performance and strategically planning and improving content based on this analysis. 📌 Strengthening Marketing Communications Capabilities: You will explore brand positioning in the global market, learn how to communicate with local users, and gain hands-on experience. 📌 Diverse Collaboration Experience: You will collaborate with marketing, design, business development, and product planning to execute a comprehensive content strategy, including paid channel optimization and influencer marketing. | Expected Results 1 Month Later • Understand the content planning process and execute content production and operation. • Experience communicating between brands and users through content monitoring based on dashboard metrics. • Monitor competitor social media channels in the Japanese market and create content benchmarking reports. After 3 months • Plan content in line with brand guidelines and directly manage your own content. • Analyze content performance (reach, response rate, conversion rate, etc.) for each campaign and suggest improvement measures. • Communicate with influencers and develop strategies to increase collaboration efficiency based on performance data. • Plan and execute locally tailored content that reflects the content styles and trends preferred by Japanese users. Afterwards • Plan and execute content marketing and owned channel operations strategies targeting the Japanese market. • Analyze social media content performance based on data and drive continuous improvement to contribute to brand growth. • Collaborate with the global team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that can be expanded into other markets. • Contribute to establishing the long-term direction of owned channels, taking into account content strategy and brand positioning. | Key Responsibilities "I want to work with Miridi to achieve this." • Analyze user needs and social media trends in the Japanese market, then plan and produce performance-oriented image and video content. • Create content materials for advertising and social media channels, directly manage campaigns, and monitor performance to identify areas for improvement. • Develop content tone and manner that aligns with brand messages and marketing objectives, developing content with expressions appropriate for the Japanese market. • Continuously monitor content, campaigns, and creative strategies of Japanese competitors and the market, quickly identifying changes and incorporating them into marketing actions.
Qualifications
| Qualifications "I believe someone with these skills will be confident in achieving their goals." • Able to work for at least six months • Foreign nationals must hold a D-10 or F visa (E-7 visa conversion possible) • Proficient in Japanese (capable of copywriting and reviewing, and various business communications) • Strong image and video content planning and production skills • Able to manage the entire content creation process, including planning, filming, and editing, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva • Strong understanding of Japanese culture and social media trends (memes, blogs, content) • Able to communicate flexibly, with understanding and respect

| Recruitment Process • The recruitment process will proceed as follows: [Document Screening] - [First Interview] - [Salary Negotiation] - [Hiring]. - Please submit documents in PDF format for a smooth review. - A "Marketing Portfolio" is required for this position. - Before the interview, a brief conversation with a Japanese employee will be held to assess your Japanese language skills (5-10 minutes). • This position is a six-month contract position. • After joining the company, there will be a three-month probationary period and probationary evaluation. (100% salary) • It may take up to two weeks for the document screening results to be announced, and up to three weeks for the interview results to be announced. • While you can apply to multiple positions simultaneously, you can reapply for the same position after six months from the date of receiving the final decision.
