We are looking for a global content marketing intern to work with us to set new standards in design for the global market. | About the Team MiriCanvas's Global Business Development team was formed to develop new markets based on the overwhelming success of its domestic design solutions market. We are seeking talented individuals who can build something from scratch in the global market alongside top-tier colleagues from Google, Hyperconnect, Buzzvil, Seoul National University, Korea University, UC Berkeley, and more. | About the Job MiriCanvas is strengthening its content marketing efforts to expand brand awareness and strengthen communication with users globally. We are particularly focused on content strategies leveraging brand assets, including social media (Instagram, X), blogs, and influencer collaborations, and are committed to planning and managing content tailored to local cultures and consumer trends. This position will play a central role in content marketing for the Japanese market. As a Global Content Marketing Intern at MilliCanvas, you'll gain the following experience: 👨🏻🚀 📌 Global Content Marketing Experience: Gain firsthand experience managing content marketing for a global brand and acquire the skills to more effectively communicate brand messages. 📌 Data-Driven Content Optimization: Analyze content performance and strategically plan and improve content based on the results. 📌 Strengthen Marketing Communications Skills: Practical experience considering brand positioning in global markets and learning how to communicate with local users. 📌 Diverse Collaboration Experience: Experience working with marketers, designers, business development, and external agencies to execute a comprehensive content strategy, including optimizing owned channels and influencer marketing. | Expected Job Overview "You will develop marketing skills applicable to the global market." ✅ One Month Later Understand the content planning process and be able to create and manage content. Experience communicating between brands and users through database-based content monitoring. Able to monitor competitor social media channels in the Japanese market and create content benchmark reports. ✅After 3 Months Able to plan content in line with brand guidelines and directly manage content created by the candidate. Able to analyze content results for each campaign (reach rate, response rate, conversion rate, etc.) and propose specific improvement proposals. Able to directly communicate with influencers for collaboration and consider strategies to maximize collaboration efficiency based on performance data. Able to plan and execute content tailored to the local market, reflecting the content styles and trends preferred by Japanese users. ✅Follow-Up Growth Able to plan and execute content marketing and owned channel management strategies targeting the Japanese market. Analyze social media content performance based on data and lead continuous improvements to contribute to brand growth. Work with global teams to develop and implement content marketing strategies that can be scaled to other markets. | Japanese Language Test - This position involves marketing and content work for the Japanese market, so a simple Japanese communication test (10-15 minutes) will be conducted during the interview. - This is not a specialized interview designed to assess practical skills. - The purpose is to assess your Japanese communication ability through conversations centered on light, everyday topics. - The test will be conducted in person in conjunction with the first interview. | Other Information - The process will be as follows: "Document Screening" → "First Interview" → "Salary Negotiation" → "Hiring." - Please submit documents in PDF format for a smooth review. - A second interview may be added depending on the position level and duties. - Before the actual interview, you will have a brief conversation (approximately 5-10 minutes) with a Japanese staff member to assess your Japanese language proficiency. - This is a 6-month contract position. - After joining the company, there will be a 3-month probationary period and probationary evaluation. (100% salary will be paid) - It may take up to two weeks for the document screening results to be announced, and up to three weeks for the interview results to be announced. - You may apply for multiple positions simultaneously, but you may reapply for the same position six months after receiving the final result.
