[Biodance] Global CX Manager

Job Description

• Deliver customer satisfaction and the value of beauty selections through brand malls and global platform communication channels, including Amazon and Shopee. • Communicate in real time with overseas customers through various channels (phone, chat, email, reviews, etc.). • Collect data and conduct various analyses using this data. • Establish communication procedures and manuals for new global channels. • Conduct various projects to improve the customer experience by considering the overseas customer journey. • Perform other post-communication IT processing tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate smoothly and in real time with English-speaking customers via phone, chat, email, etc. (English communication skills and business email writing skills are required) • At least two years of CX experience or a strong interest in CX • Rather than viewing CX as simply customer service work, you value the customer experience journey and consider enhancing it as a serious career path • Enjoy communicating with customers and think about various ways to improve their experience • Ability to analyze data and create various visualizations • Ability to carry out various backend customer experience projects based on analyzed data

Preferred

• Someone who believes that customer experience can be quantitatively measured while providing a quality customer experience. • Someone who has considered the differences between CS and CX work and has a personal philosophy regarding this. • Someone who has experience managing overseas channels and working in communication. • Someone who has experience with analysis and visualization using various tools such as Looker Studio. • Someone who is fluent in a second language other than English (Japanese, Chinese, etc.).
