Job Description

We are looking for an OTA Manager to manage our Booking.com account and assist with guest communication and on-site check-in support. 1. Pricing Optimization (Daily) Update room prices daily based on demand & occupancy Adjust minimum stay, cancellations, and restrictions Create and manage promotions and special deals Monitor competitor pricing 2. Customer Service Management (CS) Respond to guest inquiries via Booking.com and messages Handle guest complaints professionally Support problem resolution during stay 3. On-site Check-in Support Assist with guest face-to-face check-in when needed Provide basic guidance about the accommodation and area Offer friendly guest experience

Qualifications

Fluent English (Korean is a plus) Experience with Booking.com or OTA platform (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills Responsible and detail-oriented Can come on-site when required

Preferred

Hospitality background is a plus Experience in yield management or pricing strategy Good ability to deal with international guests Proactive and positive attitude
