Job Description
Identify and develop new overseas buyers and business partners Manage existing clients and maintain long-term business relationships Provide product information, quotations, and negotiate pricing Handle export-related operations, including order management and shipment scheduling Communicate with logistics partners regarding loading, documentation, and delivery Conduct market research and analyze industry trends Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports Identify new buyers and generate sales opportunities in the global market Manage overseas business partners (maintain relationships, analyze performance, and encourage repeat purchases) Implement sales activities such as providing product information, price negotiations, and submitting quotations Export-related practices (order management, forwarder collaboration, and delivery of shipping and customs clearance information) Propose sales strategies based on analysis of overseas market and competitor trends Respond to customer claims and improve service quality
Qualifications
Understanding of international sales, trading, or buyer management Proficiency in English or Spanish for business communication Strong communication and negotiation skills Problem-solving ability and proactive work attitude High sense of responsibility and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred: Experience in the automotive, engine, or parts industry Preferred: Experience with export documents, logistics, or freight forwarding Experience or understanding in a related field such as overseas sales, trade, buyer management, or exports Business-level communication skills in at least one language, either English or Spanish Fluent internal and external communication and negotiation skills Logical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems High sense of responsibility, self-directedness, and the ability to execute to achieve goals Ability to use Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT) Experience in the automotive, engine, or parts industry preferred Experience with trade documents, forwarding, and export processes preferred

Practical experience in overseas sales or exports Fluent in English or Spanish Knowledge of the automotive, engine, and parts industry Experience with trade documentation, forwarding, shipping, and customs procedures Experience using CRM or ERP systems Proactive and sales-minded Not eligible for overseas travel Preferred Qualifications Experience in international sales or export operations Proficiency in English or Spanish (business level) Knowledge of the automotive, engines, or parts industry Familiarity with export documentation and logistics processes Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, or customs brokers Ability to manage CRM or ERP systems Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills Data-driven decision-making and market analysis capabilities Willingness to travel overseas when required
