Job Description
This team develops Hyundai Motor Company's global brand strategy and manages its competitiveness. Based on a deep understanding of brand architecture and vision, they contribute to enhancing global brand value by communicating a consistent brand message and story across global markets. They also assess the company's brand competitiveness across all global regions and systematically develop strategies to enhance competitiveness. ■ Establishment of a Global Brand Strategy · Establishment and operation of Hyundai Motor Company's global brand strategy (including key overseas regions such as North America and Europe) - Establishment of a brand vision/direction system and establishment of a global expansion strategy - Enhancement of brand positioning and identity system, and development and management of brand messages/stories · Establishment of a brand-based response strategy for future industry trends · Proposal of solutions for key brand issues and decision-making support ■ Global Brand Competitiveness Diagnosis · Establishment and monitoring of brand competitiveness evaluation indicators for global brand governance management (including key overseas regions such as North America and Europe) - Operation of an annual survey for global competitiveness assessment and management of key indicators/data - Establishment of key brand initiatives by global and regional based on brand assessment results · Operation of a global brand value assessment and promotion implementation ■ Support for the establishment of regional brand strategies · Support for the establishment of regional brand strategies (including key overseas regions such as North America and Europe) in conjunction with key regional business initiatives (Including overseas regions) · Global-regional brand strategy alignment and marketing strategy support through overseas region/corporate collaboration (including key overseas regions such as North America and Europe)
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher - Five or more years of experience developing global brand strategies (global strategy development experience, including key overseas regions such as North America and Europe, is required) - Business English communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in global brand strategy at a global consulting firm or global corporation - Possess English proficiency capable of writing business strategy documents in English and leading global meetings
