Job Description

Develop and execute brand planning and growth strategies Expand existing product lineups and develop new products Launch new brands and conduct market analysis Develop product concepts, package design, and develop marketing strategies Branding and promotion through social media and digital platforms Analyze trends and consumer needs, and manage influencer/PR collaborations Plan campaigns and promotions, and manage operations across channels Collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders (planning, design, development, production, sales, etc.) throughout the product development process to reach conclusions and resolve issues

Qualifications

[Qualifications] At least 3 years of experience developing a skincare brand at a cosmetics company is required. A willingness to collaborate with emerging brands on brand growth and market establishment. Communication skills, understanding and experience with coordination and collaboration, and a proactive approach to finding solutions in challenging situations. Experience in brand marketing and branding through social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is preferred. Smooth communication and project management skills. A creative and proactive mindset.

Preferred

Graduates from a related field (e.g., cosmetics, beauty, marketing, design, etc.) are preferred. Foreign language proficiency (e.g., English, Chinese, etc.) is preferred. Experience in influencer/PR collaboration and digital marketing is preferred.
